ICM
Inter Cultural Management (Anglais. En franc. = Management interculturel. Note linguistique: non seulement une entreprise française a adopté une appellation anglaise, mais le mot anglais management a maintenant force d'usage en français (alors que le Harrap's Shorter Dictionary, édition 2000, propose « gestion » ou « direction »)). Société française, née vers 1985, spécialisée dans l'étude des cultures d'entreprises. Intervient en particulier lors d'une fusion pour tenter de concilier des cultures d'entreprises par trop différentes, différences engendrant des problèmes, voire des blocages. L'attention apportée à cette question est relativement nouvelle mais prend une importance croissante. ICL a déjà travaillé pour Alsthom, Chrono-post, France Télécom, LVMH, etc.
